RETURN PROCEDURE FOR CLOTHING PURCHASED IN OUR STORE
Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, you can return the goods provided that:
- the goods have not been in use
- all tags and labels are preserved
- the integrity of the set is not broken
- it does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172)
- filled out form
If these points are not met, the items are not subject to return and will be sent back at the expense of the Buyer.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Exchange of goods is possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods and payment document.
Return of goods is carried out only on condition of its proper quality
Goods of proper quality mean goods that have preserved their presentation and consumer properties.
Within 14 days from the moment of receipt, you are guaranteed to return the purchased goods if they do not suit you in color, size, style.
RETURN OF GOODS WITHIN UKRAINE THROUGH THE NOVA POSHTA DELIVERY SERVICE:
